Robert began his property career in the early 2000s, later moving into senior roles in marketing, finance, and leadership of a humanitarian charity working in 13 countries around the world.
As CEO, he learned how to guide people through significant strategic decisions with clarity, confidence, and integrity. These skills now define his work at The Ivybridge Collection.
Robert approaches every valuation and client conversation with strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and a calm, steady presence that high net worth sellers value.

Nicola Holmes-Chapman
Nicola has lived in Norfolk for more than fifteen years and brings a lived understanding of what makes a home both beautiful and functional.
